Greetings and a special welcome to The Regional Law Revision Centre Inc (“the Law Revision Centre”). The Law Revision Centre was incorporated in Anguilla on 11 January 2007; with an Opening Ceremony on 28 September 2007 at its address: Hannah-Waver House, Caribbean Commercial Centre, The Valley, Anguilla.
The Law Revision Centre was established with financial support and logistics mainly of the Department for International Development (DFID) of the United Kingdom Government (UK) including the assistance of Ms. Susan Dickson, Legal Counsellor of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and with the financial support and assistance of the Governments of Anguilla, Montserrat and the Turks and Caicos Islands through their respective Attorneys General. Along with the Attorney General of Anguilla, the other Directors are the Attorneys General of Montserrat and Turks and Caicos Islands. The Law Revision Centre services the revision of the laws of these three Islands. It is anticipated that the Centre will be of service to other jurisdictions in the revision of their laws.
